Today I don’t have a witty post. I don’t have a deep and insightful post.
Today I simply post that it is FIELD TRIP DAY in our homeschool life. Off to a science museum we go with some of our homeschool friends.
Who knows what wonders we will discover.
Who knows what inspiration I will find for tomorrow’s post.
*grins* Not every day can be deep and witty. I’m composing tomorrow’s post as an explanation of why I won’t have an amazing post that day. I have to work on my Star Wars Thursday and a comics review post that I’ve promised to complete.
I should figure out how many words I’ve created (just in posts – not counting all these comments and such) over the past week. AND I’ve exercised. Yeah, I rock. 🙂
Oh good idea on word count for the week. My future blogs this week may be short. I’ll have a upcoming blog explaining why as well.
Even the simplest of thoughts, when well written, can be entertaining. Isn’t that one of the attractions to Facebook statuses? I can’t wait to hear about the trip!
Jessica, your posts are always a true slice of your life. I look forward to the Whitmore perspective on life.
How did the field trip go? The power of writing with the SOLSC is that you just practice writing, all kinds. I often find I end up making lists and then finally, an idea will spark. My friend kidded me about carrying around a notebook all the time, but I find an idea can form at any time. Anyway, I’m so glad you are practicing your writing daily.
It was a great field trip. I have little notes to myself but haven’t found the time to process them all. 🙂
